Harcheez may ask for verification before allowing sensitive account changes, refunds, returns, or support actions.

2. Orders And Pricing

Products, prices, discounts, availability, delivery estimates, and stock status may change before an order is confirmed. Harcheez confirms final order details during checkout and order processing.

If a product becomes unavailable, incorrectly priced, restricted, damaged, or otherwise unsuitable for dispatch, Harcheez may cancel, adjust, split, delay, or refund the affected item according to platform policy.

3. Payments

You agree to pay the final amount shown at checkout, including product price, delivery charges, COD fees, discounts, taxes, and any other applicable charges.

Payment confirmation, refunds, COD reconciliation, wallet credits, and settlement timing may depend on the payment method, bank, courier, or internal review process.

4. Delivery

Delivery timing depends on product availability, buyer address, service area, warehouse status, courier capacity, and events outside Harcheez control.

You must provide a correct address, reachable phone number, and any required delivery instructions. Failed delivery attempts caused by incorrect information may affect refund, return, or delivery fee handling.

Return and refund eligibility depends on product category, return window, item condition, evidence, delivery status, payment status, and Harcheez review.

Harcheez may approve a refund, replacement, return pickup, partial refund, store credit, rejection, or dispute escalation depending on the case details.

6. Prohibited Activity

You must not misuse Harcheez services, submit false claims, abuse refunds, attempt unauthorized access, scrape protected systems, interfere with operations, or use the platform for illegal activity.

7. Content And Reviews

Reviews, questions, support messages, images, and other content must be accurate, respectful, and relevant. Harcheez may moderate, hide, or remove content that violates policy or harms platform trust.

8. Platform Changes

Harcheez may update features, policies, charges, service areas, seller rules, delivery methods, or account controls to improve safety, reliability, and customer experience.

9. Limitation Of Liability

Harcheez works to provide a reliable marketplace, but service interruptions, stock changes, courier delays, payment delays, technical issues, or third-party failures may occur.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Harcheez is not responsible for indirect or unexpected losses arising from use of the platform.
